3D Printing/Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping is a cost effective method to analyze your part designs before committing to the high cost of tooling development or machining production parts.

Create your model in any 3D modelling software, export your design as an STL file. Send us your finished design (info@4g-vision.com)  and we can finish printing within 3 business days. you can Do your own post production or have us finish it for you.

3D Design & Modelling

Have a 3D idea and want it built? New product for fabrication? Parts broken and want to reproduce new? Tired of uniform and want to replace to your personalized creation? Come by and share your idea with our designers or rent time on a workstation and design it yourself!

We offer the following materials:

PLA

PLA (Polylactic Acid) thermoplastic filament is a premium grade, biodegradable material derived from renewable resources such as corn. The wide range of available colors and translucent and glossy are suitable for display or small household uses.  Most people appreciate PLA's plant based origins and their semi-sweet smell.  PLA has low warping on parts and it makes it a popular plastic for home printers, hobbyists, and schools.

ABS

ABS is a polymer engineered for 3D printing. It's toughness, impact strength, flexibility, machinability, and higher temperature resistance often makes it a preferred plastic. ABS is a hard strong plastic with some flexibility when compared to PLA. It is also soluble in Acetone, and it can be easily sanded and machined.

Multi-Colour-Plaster

Multi-Colour plaster is perfect for producing multicoloured or white 3D models. This material is best suited for full colour display conceptual models or sculptures. The resolution is very high and can be up to 50 microns.

The material is primarily made from a plaster powder and has a fine granular surface finish. It can be a fragile material depending upon the delicacy of your design, so we strongly suggest that you talk with our specialist before you consider this material.  Full photographic colour can also be applied to these models, allowing you to make use of a full range of tones, textures and colour patterns.

Resin

Resin products are produced by SLA 3D printers, which can consistently produce higher resolution and fine-detailed objects and are more accurate. The resolution can be as high as 25 micron!

PETG

PETG is an industrial strength filament with several great features. It's strength is much higher than PLA, it is FDA approved for food containers and tools used for food consumption. PET 3D printer filament is known for its clarity and incredible bridging capabilities.

Nylon

Nylon is an incredibly strong, durable, and versatile material. Nylon is flexible when thin, but has very high inter-layer adhesion. Nylon is great for things like hinges and other functional parts. Nylon filament prints as a bright natural to white with a translucent surface, and can absorb color added post process with most common, acid-based clothing dyes.

Wood

Our wood-like material gives 3D printed objects the look and feel of fiberboard. It also has other wood-like attributes such as the ability be cut, painted, and sanded.

Architectural 3D Scanning

creating realistic and interactive 3D and virtual reality experiences that feel as real as being there.
